Holiday cottage
A granite cottage over 100 years old, sleeping 4, in the quiet of the gardens.
The house
Built of granite more than a century ago, the house long served as a cowshed. Today it opens onto a private 400 m² garden with a large wooden terrace, fruit trees that are lovely to laze under, and a meadow of wild flowers.
The generous 30 m² living room is decorated in natural tones: beautiful tiles on the floor, clay-lined walls that pair beautifully with the original granite, and plants and flowers throughout. Wifi and a sound system are provided; the house has electric heating.
The open kitchen has everything you need: coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and ecological cleaning products. The hallway, with its wardrobe, leads to the toilet and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and two natural stone basins.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed; pillows and duvets are provided.

Weekly rates
Final cleaning (provided you leave the cottage clean), gas and water are included. Electricity is charged separately at €0.40 per kWh, roughly €60 a week in summer, €130 in spring and autumn, €260 in winter.
The 52 weeks and their rates
Each cell is one rental week, Saturday to Saturday. Colours follow the price seasons; hover or tap a cell for details.

Booking and cancellation
Your reservation is confirmed by email and becomes final once a 50% deposit is paid; the balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the stay.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the start of your stay, the deposit is not refunded. Cancel earlier and it is refunded, minus 15%.
Guests are asked to treat the house and its surroundings with care and to leave it clean and tidy. Any damage caused during the stay is the guest's responsibility.
Payment
Payment is made by transfer to our French account, stating your name and the dates of your stay.
